Cancellation policy
4 weeks before course – 50% of course cost
2 weeks before course – 100% of course cost

No Refunds can be given to delegates after this period through failure to attend. Substitute delegates are welcomed at no extra charge as long as we are notified within five working days of the event. All cancellation and substitutions must be confirmed in writing or by fax.
