Level 1:

• Staff have received training around crack / cocaine and other stimulants
• Project has good written information for users on stimulants
• Acupuncture or other complimentary therapies available

Level 2 (the above +):

• One or more specific stimulant workers or higher level of stimulant training given to staff
• Some specific stimulant service (i.e. weekly stimulant group)
• Specific project literature on stimulants

Level 3 (the above+):

• Specialist full time service around stimulants offered
• Training / support offered to other services
